My Background

After graduating in 1996 from University of Wales, Swansea, trained as a journalist at De Montfort University under the NCTJ/PgDip scheme.

So what else do I do?

Well, I am of a sporting nature, so running, hockey, mountain biking (minus the mountains!) and windsurfing keep me busy.

Talking of busy, my cheeky young son Thomas (12), who lives down in beautiful Devon, keeps my feet on the ground.
